Wayne Veterinary Hospital is owned and operated by Dr. George R. Silver and his son Dr. George R Silver Jr. Dr. Silver is a graduate of Tuskegee University College of Veterinary Medicine and Colonel in the North Carolina National Guard. While Dr. Silver Jr. Is a 2005 graduate of St. Georges University and the Vice president of membership with the Goldsboro Jaycees. Both are Eagle scouts and members of the First Baptist Church of Goldsboro. Wayne Veterinary Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital that provides medical and surgical service for both companion and farm animals.
